These Terms of Service apply to every purchase made on the Snugvelle online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes are given as a guide. All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Orders

After you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if an item is out of stock; if we do, you'll be fully refunded.

6. Returns and Refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Full conditions, including your legal right of withdrawal, are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Legal Guarantees

We are responsible for delivering products that match your order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
