Refund policy

We want you to love your Snugvelle. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. No reason needed.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
To start a return, email us at mavukogroom@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order.

Your Legal Rights

Snugvelle is operated from France (La Réunion). Under French consumer law you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason; our 30-day return window includes and extends this right. This policy does not limit the legal guarantee of conformity or any other rights you have under the laws that apply to you.
