Free Shipping on Every Order

Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees: delays can happen during the holiday season or because of the carrier. For holiday gifts, we recommend ordering early.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible, before your order ships, and we'll do our best to update it. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Late Parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us with your order number. We'll look into it with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you.
